Welcome to Grade 1! This year focuses on building strong foundations in key academic areas while encouraging creativity, confidence, and a love of learning. Grade 1 students will be able to build foundational math skills while exploring fun, hands-on STEM connections such as Number Sense & Place Value, Addition & Subtraction, Operations & Algebraic Thinking, Geometry, Measurement, Time & Money, Data & Graphing, Introduction to Multiplication & Division and STEM Project Ideas.
